Exporting Orders

There are two options for exporting data: CSV and JSON.

CSV Export

Below are the instructions for exporting CSV. Click here to download an example CSV file.

  1. Click the OrderWand icon in your icon bar.
  2. Click an option:
    1. CSV: Clipboard: Copies the CSV to your clipboard so you can paste it into a spreadsheet app
    2. CSV: Download: Displays a dialog allow you to choose where to download the CSV data

Export CSV

If you copied it to your clipboard, then you can paste it into a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet or Google Spreadsheet. If you clicked “Download” then you can download it.

JSON Export

Below are the instructions for exporting JSON. Click here to download an example JSON file.

  1. Click the OrderWand icon in your icon bar.
  2. Click an option:
    1. JSON: Clipboard: Copies the JSON to your clipboard so you can paste it into a JSON app or text file
    2. JSON: Download: Displays a dialog allow you to choose where to download the JSON data

Export JSON

Now you can open it in a JSON reader such as Visual Studio Code. This format is probably best suited to build automated software.

Order Data Fields

OrderWand collects your account name, in case you have multiple TCGplayer, Card Kingdom, etc accounts as well as the order data. See the list below.

Data Description
Account Vendor account username or email
Ordered At Date when the order was made
Shipping amount Shipping charges
Shipping Status Shipping status
Tax amount Sales tax amount
Vendor Vendor name
Order ID Vendor order number/identifier (ID)
Condition Product condition
Item # Order product number (1, 2, 3, 4, etc)
Product Name Name of the product
Price Price that you paid for the product
Product Line Product line
Product Type Product type
Quantity Number of products purchased
Seller Marketplace seller name. Only applicable to marketplaces such as TCG Player or Troll & Toad
Set Name Set name of the product
Shipping Status Status of the shipping. E.g. “with tracking”, “without tracking”, “cancelled”.
